How to use?
Start based on your cycle:
If your periods are regular: Start from Day 1 (first day of your period).
- Take Phase 1 (Follicular) for 14 days
- Then switch to Phase 2 (Luteal) for the next 14 days
If your periods are irregular or missed:
Once you receive your parcel, you can start.
Take Phase 1 for 14 days and then take Phase 2 for 14 days.
If your period begins, restart from Day 1 with the Follicular phase (Phase 1) and follow your natural cycle.
How to consume:
• Take 1 tablespoon once daily
• Best taken with breakfast or lunch
• Do not take on an empty stomach
