How to Use?
Start based on your cycle:
If your periods are regular: Start from Day 1 (first day of your period).
Take Phase 1 (Follicular) for 14 days -Then switch to Phase 2 (Luteal) for the next 14 days
If your periods are irregular or missed:
• Start anytime after receiving your parcel
• Take Phase 1 for 14 days, then Phase 2 for 14 days
• If your period begins, restart from Day 1 with Phase 1
Shatavari Powder Usage:
• Take ½–1 teaspoon daily
• Best taken with warm milk (preferred) or water
Seed Cycling Blend Usage:
• Take 1 tablespoon once daily
• Best taken with breakfast or lunch
• Do not take on an empty stomach
Ways to use both Seed cycling blend and Shatavari
• Mix with milk or water
• Sprinkle over salads, cereal, porridge, or yogurt
• Or simply take it directly by spoon
