Main ye start kiya tha 1st April se usey pehley mere march kay periods miss howey hai aur pehlay bhi buhut sare periods miss hotey rhy hai lakin 1st april se main ney start kiya and in 9 days I got my periods ye buhut effective hai mujhay tu 9 days main hi farq Nazar aya hai meri taraf se tu recommended hai main use kar rhi ho aur ap bhi use karay
