How to Use?
Start based on your cycle:
If your periods are regular:

If your periods are irregular or missed:
• Start anytime after receiving your parcel
• Take Phase 1 for 14 days, then Phase 2 for 14 days
• If your period begins, restart from Day 1 with Phase 1

• Take 1 tablespoon once daily
• Best taken with breakfast or lunch
• Do not take on an empty stomach
Ways to use:
• Mix with milk or water
• Sprinkle over salads, cereal, porridge, or yogurt

Spearmint Tea – How to Use:
• Take 1 cup daily (can increase to 2 cups if needed)
• Add 1 teaspoon spearmint tea leaves to boiling water
• Let it steep for 30-40 seconds, Strain and drink warm
