How to Use?
PCOS Tea
• Drink 1 cup twice daily for hormonal support and relaxation
• To prepare: Boil water, add 1 teaspoon of tea, and steep for 3–5 minutes
• Add honey or lemon if desired
Seed Cycling Blend Kit
If your periods are regular:
Start from Day 1 (the first day of your period)
• Take Phase 1 (FOL/Follicular Blend) daily for 14 days
• Then switch to Phase 2 (LUT/Luteal Blend) for the next 14 days
If your periods are irregular or missed:
• Start as soon as you receive your bundle
• Take Phase 1 for 14 days, then Phase 2 for 14 days
• If your period begins, restart from Day 1 with the Follicular Blend and continue according to your natural cycle
How to Consume:
• Take 1 tablespoon once daily
• Best consumed with breakfast or lunch
• Avoid taking on an empty stomach
