How To Use
Step 1: Timing Your Cycle
- If your periods are regular: Start Phase 1 on Day 1 (the first day of your period). Take it daily for 14 days, then switch to Phase 2 for the next 14 days.
- If your periods are irregular or missed: You don't have to wait. Start Phase 1 the day your parcel arrives and take it for 14 days. Then, take Phase 2 for 14 days. Note: If your period starts at any point during this time, immediately reset to Day 1 with Phase 1.
Step 2: Daily Consumption
- Dosage: Take 1 tablespoon once daily.
- Best Time: Enjoy with breakfast or lunch. (We recommend not taking it on an empty stomach).
Moringa Max Capsules:
- Take 2 capsules daily with water, preferably after a meal
- For best results, take consistently for at least 8–12 weeks
